10 Minutes to Prepare - 30 Minutes to Bake!
2 cups shredded cabbage - (1 bag cole slaw)
1/2 cup grated carrot (if it isn't already in the bag and it it is...add them anyway)
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoon shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon shredded Parmesan cheese
In a large skilled coat with coking spray, saute the cabbage, carrot and onions 5 - 7minutes until crisp tender. Transfer to a greased shallow 1 quart baking dish.
In a bowl, combine egg, milk, Swiss cheese and seasoned salt. Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 -35 minutes or until top crisps.
Yield: 4 servings
