A Festive Frittata for 4

Basil and Tomato Frittata
1 (8-ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 T. all-purpose flour
1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup half-and-half
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 large tomato, diced
3 T. chopped basil or parsley

Toss Cheddar cheese with flour.  Spread in the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle Jack cheese on top.  Whisk together eggs and half-and-half.  Stir in
Worcestershire sauce.  Pour egg mixture over cheese. Top with tomatoes and
basil.  Bake at 350 degrees 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Yield 4 to 5 servings
