Star Spangled Muffins

A Fourth of July tradition!
Page 159
Two Sisters and the Silver Spoon Cook Book
This time I didn't use cupcake liners.  Instead, I sprayed
Baker's Joy in each muffin cup.  I filled the cups up quite a
bit and ended up with 18 good size muffins!
PS:  My husband says, "These are the best muffins yet!"
Give them a try and get in the patriotic cooking and baking mode!

    Thanks for the muffin! I ate it in the car on the way to get my mani/pedi!!! I couldn't wait! Yum!
