Strawberry Fields Bread

1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup chopped fresh strawberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.  Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.  Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well.  Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; stir into creamed mixture just until moistened.  Fold in strawberries and nuts.

Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 - 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.  Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
